Baana: express path for cyclists and pedestrians
Old railway line on the NW edge of Helsinki city centre was converted into an express lane for cyclists and pedestrians. It's now called Baana and it connects Töölönlahti area near the main railway station to Ruoholahti district in the west. It was opened in June, 2012, and has become popular during its very first days.
