This site has photos from Helsinki taken by Niko Lipsanen. Currently there are photos available from Southern Helsinki and from sea areas. More photos will be added later.
To know when each photo has been taken click it open and see its URL. For instance, if a photo is located in a sub-directory .../2003-05/... it is taken in May 2003. Sometimes when older photos are in question only the year is given.
All Helsinki photos except those in the Seaid section are licensed under a Creative Commons license. Link to the license is available on all those gallery pages where it is valid.
If you want to use any photos in a way not permitted by license conditions or you need a arger copy of any of them please take contact to the photographer. For use permitted by the license no prior contact is needed. See license conditions for further instructions.
Directory tree is available for those who prefer it to ordinary gallery pages. Seaid photos are not available in the tree. The files are mostly named in Finnish.
