There are 8 pages about Dominica, of which less than a half page about Roseau. The sights are not widely introduced, but the conditions in Dominica are discussed sometimes in a sarchastic manner. It is not really a travel guidebook, but more like an overview presentation of the society and nature of Dominica.

Some sights are introduced, but not widely described. Instead of that, it is told how to get there, at what time, and to whom should one call before going there. Lots of commercial advertisements. There is only one photo in Roseau section.
